SIGN-UP: 3rd Annual Ability Walk and Roll
Portage DD is again partnering with The Trumbull County Board of DD for their 3rd Annual Ability Walk and Roll.
Join us for the 3rd Annual Ability Walk & Roll on Saturday, August 10, 2024. This heart-warming experience truly exemplifies our communities are better when people with developmental disabilities are included and supported. Our achievement of multi-county collaboration is a testament to the importance and desire of communities to come together for a unified mission of celebrating abilities, supporting inclusion, and promoting respect for people with developmental disabilities.
The Ability Walk & Roll is open to everyone! The evening will include a concert featuring the musical talents of Zayne Harshaw along with The Labra Brothers, and a special walk & roll around Eastwood Field in celebration of those we support and love. Other activities include games, face painting, balloon art, our Community Resource Expo, complimentary refreshments, and a movie under the stars. Families are welcome to bring a blanket to experience the movie on Eastwood Field or relax in stadium seating.
Fairhaven Foundation is working hard to bring new opportunities and experiences to the individuals and families we serve. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life of individuals with developmental disabilities. We achieve this through creating meaningful opportunities, providing resources, and promoting community awareness to enrich the lives of those we serve.
