Program Overview
- Event Name: Adaptive Splash
- Purpose: Swimming for kids and adults who may struggle in larger group settings.
- When: Mondays from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm.
- Cost: FREE for persons served by or eligible for Portage DD services.
Key Requirements & Details
- Capacity: Limited to 8 persons served per class (plus their guests).
- Supervision: A guardian or approved adult must accompany every swimmer.
- Safety & Facilities: A lifeguard is always on duty. Locker rooms open 30 minutes before and after the session for changing.
- Location: Portage DD’s Happy Day Services Building 2500 Brady Lake Road, Ravenna

- Eligibility: Staff will confirm the participant is currently receiving or eligible for Portage DD services.
- Paperwork: Review and sign the Program Procedures.
- Scheduling: Select your preferred available dates.
