Employee Spotlight - Meet Ashley

We’re excited to welcome Ashley to the team! Ashley previously worked at Mahoning County as an SSA, focusing on transition and technology.

Ashley brings experience in transportation, direct services, and habilitation coordination and has served as a Service Support Administrator (SSA) for several years. Ashley has worked closely with transitional students who are currently in school and do not have waivers, providing guidance and support to help them navigate available resources. In addition, she served as a technology expert, assisting with technology referrals and supporting school engagement initiatives.

As Ashley begins this new role, she brings a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine eagerness to learn. She is excited about the opportunities Portage County offers and looks forward to growing professionally, expanding her knowledge, and contributing meaningfully to the team. We are thrilled to welcome Ashley and are confident that her diverse skill set, dedication, and passion for service will be a valuable asset to both our organization and the community we serve.
