Join us for the Portage DD Informational Series, Module 1 at 2500 Brady Lake Rd, Ravenna, in the boardroom.

This year, we are offering two modules of 3 hours each.

For Module 1, we’ll hear from SSAs, and nursing on the ISP process, effective communication and common nursing and medical challenges for people receiving services.

These sessions are able to count for up to 3 CEU hours towards the annual training requirement for independent providers.
