Techniques to Address Difficult Employees

This class examines the reasons many supervisors delay in addressing and correcting difficult employees.  Class Participants will discuss the different degrees and types of difficulties presented by employees while identifying how supervisory attitudes toward difficult employees either positively or negatively impact resolving difficulties.  The class will discuss and examine techniques to address difficulties with employees.  The training is 3 hours.  No cost.
