Employee Spotlight - Meet Josie

We are thrilled to introduce Josie Norsic as our newest account clerk. With her previous experience at Aurora Library and Hiram College, Josie is excited to bring her skills to this position, fueled by her enthusiasm and positivity. She is looking forward to collaborating with her new colleagues and connecting with our providers and the community we serve.

Josie shared that the most unique aspect of her experience here so far is the sense of comfort she feels, and she appreciates the supportive atmosphere. She is ready to learn and dive into her responsibilities. Her positive attitude and commitment to her work are sure to make a significant impact on our team. We are delighted to have someone with Josie's talents and dedication join us and are eager to see the great things she will accomplish.

In her spare time, Josie enjoys knitting and completing puzzles. She finds these hobbies to be both relaxing and creatively fulfilling. We are excited to support Josie in her professional growth and witness the positive changes her vibrant energy will bring.
