Share Your Feedback on our 2026-2028 Strategic Plan — The Portage County Board of Developmental Disabilities

The Portage County Board of Developmental Disabilities is developing a new strategic plan to guide our priorities, programs, and services over the next several years. We want to hear from you! Your input is critical in ensuring our services truly reflect the needs and aspirations of individuals with developmental disabilities, their families, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and our broader community.

This brief survey invites you to share your experiences, suggestions, and ideas about current services, areas for improvement, DSP support, and the ways we communicate programs, services, and events. Your feedback will inform our decision-making and help us build an even stronger, more inclusive, and responsive community.
